Guided Meditation ~ Easing The Mind

As part of our mental health care, I have recorded a guided meditation to help us ease the mind. Many of you have reached out to me telling me that you are starting to feel the weight of the year on your shoulders. It's as though we are starting to realise the amount of energy we have put out thus far just to survive 2020 and with no real clarity as to where things in the world are going, it is understandable that much is starting to weigh on people's minds. Mental health care is of utmost importance right now. Check out last week's video, if you haven't already, for some tips on how to take better care of your mind.


With this episode today, we are putting into practice what we preach by carving out time to go inward. Meditation helps us make room for higher thoughts to enter our consciousness. It helps us return to center where all is calm, and all wisdom is accessible.
