Did you know that if you feel negative emotion but do not process it, your body will accommodate that emotion because it is energy, and energy cannot be destroyed, but it can be transformed. If left unchecked, overtime, those trapped emotions will look for an outlet, causing dis-ease in the body. Emotions are messengers, they simply want to be heard & once we pay attention to the messages they bring, they tend to dissipate. Most of us are however, unwilling to understand negative emotions because we often forget that even they too, are messengers usually telling us that we need to redirect our thoughts, or to change the route we are taking.
