Diffuser is almost always on in my home, but more so with this corona virus season that we’ve been in since January, at least, for those of us who live here in China.
If I wasn’t trying to diffuse oils that boost immunity, I was diffusing ones that calm nerves down and uplift the spirit so that anxiety & panic wouldn’t take over. This is one of my favourite diffuser recipes for multi-purpose usage - the lavender calms my nerves, the peppermint is good for the respiratory system & wild orange is an uplifting citrus oil.
My usual recipe for this trio is:
4 drops lavender + 3 drops peppermint + 4 drops wild orange
Do everything you can, from nutrition to stress management to essential oils to set up a nourishing & uplifting environment for you during these lockdowns. Your sanity depends on it.
