About the Event

For the month of May our theme is Finding Balance and in honour of that we are offering a 21 Day Online Programme which will support you in creating more efficient daily routines.

It seems like we don’t have enough hours in a day to accomplish everything we want to, either our work thrives and our health suffers or vice versa. Are you ready to create daily habits that help you to develop a routine that best fits you? Habits that help you focus on your work without needing you to stop taking care of your health, happiness and self-development.

Starting May 9th through May 30th, health & physical sports experts, Michele Aboro, Masca Yuen & Fadzi Mandiringa will take you through Win Your Day, a 21 Day Online Programme to help you cultivate efficient daily routines. There will be four main pillars in this 3 week journey, meditation, workouts, nutrition & journaling.
